Bike Travel in the SFV — Chatsworth

Chatsworth — these are my local digs. The Orange Line Bike Path north extension (June 2012) and the bike lanes on Winnetka (June 2012), Corbin (May 2013), Canoga (February 2014), and Mason (September 2014) are all new! All within the last 4 years! Also, the Brown’s Creek Bike Path (the dark green on the left) was completely repaved within this same period as well. That yellow at the top is the less-than-two-year-old connector walkway that you’ll see in the shortcuts section below. This went from Motor City, with one bike lane down the middle, to a wonderful place to cycle in a very short time. Although, I know of a couple other bike advocates who live in and around Chatsworth, I guess this sort of thing is bound to happen.
